Wedgwood blue jasperware is a type of pottery that was first developed by Josiah Wedgwood in the 1770s. It is a type of stoneware that has an unglazed matte finish and is produced in a number of different colors, with the most well-known being a pale blue that has become known as “Wedgwood blue”. Wedgwood Jasperware is still being produced today and can be found in 18th, 19th, and 20th-century versions of the original blues, lilacs, greens, and whites
